By accessing or using the Fylox Business platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Fylox Business provides access to a distributed human verification network powered by KYC-verified Pi Network Pioneers. Companies ("Clients") may submit verification campaigns and receive results from verified human contributors.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not submit campaigns that involve illegal content, harassment, privacy violations, or any activity that violates applicable law or Pi Network's terms of service.
Verification responses submitted by Pioneers are made available to the Client who created the campaign. Fylox does not sell personal data to third parties. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Clients agree to pay the applicable fees for their selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Fylox reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
API keys are issued per account and must not be shared. Abuse of the API, including automated scraping or exceeding rate limits, may result in suspension of access.
Fylox provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
