Responses submitted by Pioneers are stored securely and made available only to the Client who created the corresponding campaign. Pioneer usernames are pseudonymous identifiers from the Pi Network ecosystem.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements.
We retain campaign data and verification results for 24 months from the campaign creation date, unless you request earlier deletion. Account information is retained while your account is active.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
